Undersea Explorer has created this privacy
statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The
following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices.
In the course of our business Undersea
Explorer requires certain contact information to be provided by clients
prior to the provision of internet services. Undersea Explorer will not, under
any circumstances divulge this information to any third party without
the prior express permission of the client.
This policy of non-disclosure includes but is
not restricted to the following:
- User names
- User contact details
- User email addresses
- Business Plans and proposals
- Details of Association
- All records
of a confidential nature, including all confidential electronic
correspondence are removed once a client has completed a voyage.
- All Client details are confidential and
will not be divulged under any circumstances unless we are compelled
by law to do so.
