Oct - Dec 25-27°C or 77-80 F - 3mm wetsuit recommended

Payment Policy:
  • 20% deposit is required to confirm bookings
  • Balance payable 60 days prior to departure
Cancellation Charges:
  • 60 days prior to departure - administration fee of $100.
  • Between 60–30 days prior to departure - 20% of full price.
  • Within 30 days of departure - full price forfeiture.
Extreme Weather:

Extreme weather may cause cancellation or adjustment to the advertised itinerary. We fully expect to honor all bookings, however, we reserve the right to cancel at any time prior to departure. In the event a trip is cancelled, alternative arrangements will be offered. If the weather is unsuitable we reserve the right to shorten or cancel a trip, change itinerary or substitute a vessel.

Courses:

Undersea Explorer encourages adventure diving in relation to your level of certification and experience. We offer a range of courses conducted onboard the vessel as follows:

Refresher Course: $55.00

Divers who have not dived during the 6 months prior to the expedition, or inexperienced divers, are recommended to undertake a refresher course. This is conducted by our instructor during your first dive to ensure that you will dive safely, and gain maximum enjoyment from your dives

Advanced Course: $200.00

If you wish to join our night dives or deep dives (and are not an advanced diver) it is suggested that you expand your skills and qualifications by doing a PADI advanced course.

GROUP AND WHOLE BOAT CHARTER - FACTS:
Group Booking Policy:

Based on the per person twin share rate - 10 paying passengers receives the 11th passenger free of charge.
 
Adventure Diver Package available Mar-May and Aug-Sep:

5 paying passengers receives the 6th passenger free of charge.

Whole Boat Charter Rates:

$7800 per day (high season) - $6300 (low season)
valid until the 31st March 2008

If a Whole boat charter involves the relocation of the vessel - a charge of 50% of the gross daily rate will apply per day. This charge will not be subject to commission.

Group & Whole Boat Charter Payment Policy:
  • 10% holding deposit to confirm space.
  • Further 20% deposit payable 6 months prior to departure.
  • Balance payable 2 months prior to departure.
  • Whole boat charter and group numbers are reassessed 6 months prior to departure, and at this time a rooming list is required.
  • The Group offers are not available in conjunction with any Special Offers or Discounted rates.
Group & Whole Boat Charter Cancellation Charges:
  • 180 days plus prior to departure - $500.00 administration fee.
  • Between 180-60 days prior to departure - 30% deposit.
  • 60–0 days prior to departure – full price forfeiture.
  • In the event of a full forfeiture, we may, at the discretion of management and replacement bookings, be able to appropriately recompense.
